Shipping Locations

Ivory Skin currently ships within South Africa only.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day
  • During promotions or launches, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, a trusted national courier service.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Outlying or rural areas: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking details.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.

Ivory Skin is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery
  • Additional charges may be incurred, which will be for the customer’s account


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the package and contents

We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier where possible.
